Greg Gaches: President and CEO

Greg Gaches has been with Cable Connection for over 17 years and is responsible for the strategic direction and overall success of the company. Under Greg's leadership, the company has transformed from a regional leader to a truly global enterprise. Greg's key accomplishments include the strategic acquisition and corporate consolidation of Wilco Wire, launching successful technology advancements, achieving stringent ISO 13485:2003 certification and streamlining Cable Connection operations with a new Epicor ERP system.

Prior to joining Cable Connection, Greg held senior level positions at Sysgen, a manufacturer of computers and streaming tape backup systems, where he led the company's efforts in worldwide operations, finance, HR and sales.

Jay Judoprasetijo: VP of Operations

As VP of Operations, Jay plays a significant role working with Cable Connection customers and suppliers to drive product innovation and manufacturing excellence. Before joining Cable Connection, Jay served as COO for Acme Portable Machines. Prior to that, Jay held various positions including VP Engineering at Crane/Azonix, CTO and VP Engineering at Kontron America, VP Engineering & Operations at Dolch Computer Systems and others. Jay has a BS in Computer Engineering from Boston University and an MS in Electrical Engineering and an Executive MBA from Ohio State University.

William Parrette: Manufacturing Engineering Manager

Bill Comes to Cable Connection with over twenty years of experience in Management and Engineering positions. His latest position was President / CEO of Solitec Wafer Processing, Inc. (SWP Inc.) where he spent the last eleven years in the semiconductor equipment manufacturing business. Before SWP, Inc., Bill was with various electronic system and computer product development startups serving in Manufacturing and Engineering Operational roles. Bill has also served as a Design Engineer and is a holder of a U.S. Patent covering a Process Bowl Design used in Semiconductor Fabrication.

Patrick McQuade: Director of Sales

Patrick comes to Cable Connection with over 20 years of experience in the electronic distribution and cable manufacturing industries. Prior to joining Cable Connection, he was founder of Trinity Electronics, a distributor of over 30 electronic component companies and a manufacturer of custom cable assemblies. After selling Trinity, Patrick joined Cable Connection as the Director of Sales and is responsible for new client acquisition and product sales worldwide.

Vince Truong: Director of Quality and Compliance

Vince has worked at Cable Connection for a year in the Quality department and has 10 years of experience, a BSEE and an MBA/MS from St. Xavier University. Prior to joining Cable Connection, he held management positions at Omnicell, Baxter Healthcare, and Nanomix. In his new role at Cable Connection, Vince will leverage his quality and engineering expertise, industry certifications and management experience to implement best-in-class quality programs.

Shannon Jacoby: Manufacturing Manager

As our Manufacturing Manager, Shannon oversees domestic production and production control activities. Shannon comes to Cable Connection with over eighteen years of experience in Management and Operations positions. Her latest position was Operations Manager for Wilco Wire Technology where she spent the last seventeen years in the industry of manufacturing custom cable assemblies.

Harry Hildebrand: Materials Manager

Harry joined Cable Connection in 1993 and is tasked with the management of purchasing, stores, warehouse, shipping and receiving departments. Harry brings more than 30 years of materials experience to Cable Connection. Prior to joining Cable Connection, he served as Materials Manager for Sysgen Inc., a Computer Mass Storage & Networking Peripherals Manufacturer.
